Issue Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Saudis – Non-Saudis)

 

Requirements to issue Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Saudis – Non-Saudis):

• Fill-in the specified form completely.
• Provide four photos, size (4X6) cm.
• Provide an identification letter from an official authority.
• Pay the required fees.
• Provide a file to save documents.
• Provide an identification letter from the sponsor (Non-Saudis.)
• The applicant's occupation must entitle driving heavy vehicles.

Issue Motorcycle Driving License

Requirements to issue Motorcycle Driving License (Saudis – Non-Saudis):

• The applicant's minimum age must be 16 years.
• Fill-in the specified form completely.
• Provide four photos, size (4X6) cm.
• Provide a copy of Civil Affairs ID (Saudis.)
• Provide a copy of Resident Permit (Iqama) and passport (Non-Saudis.)
• Provide a letter from guardian.
• Pay the required fees.
• Provide Good Conduct and Behavior Certificate from an official authority.
• Provide an approved identification letter.
• Provide a file to save documents.

Issue Diplomatic Driving License

Requirements to issue Diplomatic Driving License:

• Fill-in the specified form completely.
• Provide four photos stamped by the diplomatic authority.
• Provide an approval letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Provide a copy of the applicant's driving license issued from his own country, translated into Arabic and stamped by the diplomatic authority.
• Provide a file to save documents.

Foreign Driving License Replacement

Requirements to issue Foreign Driving License Replacement:

• Fill-in the specified form completely.
• Provide four photos, size (4X6) cm.
• Provide the original foreign license along with an Arabic translation.
• Provide a copy of Civil Affairs ID (Saudis.)
• Provide a copy of Resident Permit (Iqama) and passport (Non-Saudis.)
• Provide an identification letter from the sponsor (Non-Saudis.)
• Pay the required fees.
• Provide certified translation for the original license.
• Provide a file to save documents.

Renew Private Driving License or Damage/Loss Replacement (Saudis – Non-Saudis)

Requirements to renew Private Driving License or Issue Damaged or Lost Driving License Replacement (Saudis- Non-Saudis):

• Fill-in the specified form completely.
• Provide the original Driving License to be renewed.
• Provide two photos, size (4X6) cm.
• Provide a copy of Civil Affairs ID (Saudis.)
• Pay the required fees.
• Provide a file to save documents. 
• Provide an identification letter (Non-Saudis.)
• Provide a copy of Resident Permit (Iqama) and passport (Non-Saudis.)
• Provide the damaged license in case of a Damage Replacement request.
• Provide a police report in case of a stolen license.
• Publish in local newspaper in case of a lost license.
• Provide a Civil Defense report in case of a burned license.

Renew Public Driving License or Damage/Loss Replacement (Saudis – Non-Saudis)

Requirements to renew Public Driving License or issue Damaged or Lost Driving License Replacement:

• Fill-in the specified form completely.
• Provide the original Driving License to be renewed.
• Provide two photos, size (4X6) cm.
• Provide a copy of Civil Affairs ID (Saudis.)
• The applicant must not be a government employee.
• Pay the required fees.
• Provide a file to save documents.
• The occupation must be public or heavy vehicle driver (Non-Saudis.)
• Provide an identification letter, copy of Resident Permit (Iqama) and passport (Non-Saudis.)
• Provide the damaged license in case of a Damage Replacement request.
• Provide a police report in case of a stolen license.
• Publish in local newspaper in case of a lost license.

  • The applicant's minimum age must be 18 years.
  • Provide medical check-up report.
  • Provide a copy of Civil Affairs ID.
  • Provide six photos, size (4X6) cm.
  • Pay the required fees.
  • Provide a file to save documents.
  Issue Public Driving License for Saudis

  Requirements to issue Public Driving License for Saudis:

  • The applicant's minimum age must be 21 years.
  • The applicant's occupation must require a Public Driving License.
  • Provide medical check-up report.
  • Provide six photos, size (4X6) cm.
  • Provide a copy of the Family Record or a report from Civil Affairs Office to identify his occupation if he is single.
  • The applicant must not have a criminal record.
  • Pay the required fees.
  • Provide a file to save documents.
  • Submit a reference letter if the applicant is a government employee.
