How to get a job in Middle East?

  I  am writing this article on the basis of  7 years of my experience in Middle East. This article is for job aspirants who are not  currently residing in Middle East.

Middle East offers unlimited possibilities  for  job aspirants and entrepreneurs in all levels .  Economy is great and as long as world depends on oil resources the opportunity exists.The only thing you should watch out is the percentage of  nationalization in your specific  sector.

One of the easiest way for getting a job is to watch out your local news papers and look for advertisements published by standard Recruitment agencies. even though this method is easy , this is the most scandalous method as well, as many of these agencies over charge recruits and give false promises.We should take into consideration the fact that, may Top level Jobs ( Highly skilled ) and top consultant like Jerry Varghese  normally don't charge from recruits at all!!! Even the flight tickets  and all other charges requires such as Visa stamping and  Health checks are paid by the company. Off course this might vary from company to company and in case by case.So always checkout the agencies and  watch out their  past performance.

The second way for getting into Middle East is to try arranging a Visiting Visa , which is normally issued to your immediate relatives who have residency in this region. This Visa is issued for a period of One to three three months but is actually not meant for employment purpose. You can then flydown and search for a job  and then later convert or change your visa to an employment One.  These kind of  change of visa, depends on countries and their current law( these laws are changed frequently ) .But beware of the fact that many companies might not prefer people having a visiting visa for employment as its illegal to work using a Visiting Visa.( commercial visiting Visa,. issued by companies could be exception in certain countries) But a lot depends on your luck and might be worth trying, if you can afford the flight charges.

The third way is to apply online through web sites like bayt.com. You can submit your resumes and then wait for your turn of  luck, In this method please take into consideration that you may not be preferred for recruitment's which are on an urgent basis which will be done locally.
